Don't these pictures just speak for themselves? I bought the ME! Bath's Choco-holic Body Wash at Sephora out of curiousity and also because it smelt delicious. It didn't disappoint.

The Choco-holic Body Wash has a runny liquid gel texture, looks like a darker version of maple syrup and smells almost the same as milk chocolate. This body wash really lives up to it's name, and the similarity between its scent as compared to milk chocolate is just mind-boggling.

The only quibble I have is that the scent doesn't last for very long after my bath; it would be nice if it did! I loved it so much that I went back to get the Choco-holic Body Icing (SGD 30 w/o GST) - it's body lotion - which costs a whole lot more compared to the Body Wash. But according to the website, I've made a wise buy

ME! Bath Body Icing is enriched with a unique 20% Shea and Cocoa Butter blend that contains high doses of Vitamins A, C and E. Creamier than a body lotion, but not as thick as a body butter, its luxurious consistency feels like frosting for the skin! The aroma lasts all day so be ready to respond to, "What scent are you wearing?"

I guess I can lay off the scented body lotion (I usually use The Body Shop's Raspberry Body Puree, which is oh-so-delicious by the way) from now on, and since chocolate is attractive to most, I will be smelling my best for the entire day with this lotion :)

To find out more about these products and also about the rest of the ME! Bath line, check out the ME! Bath website. They are selling the ME! Bath Body Wash at USD 16 and their ME! Bath Body Icing at USD 24 (w/o shipping), so our local Sephora is actually selling it at an extremely reasonable rate! They have a lovely selection of bath "ice cream"s (also sold in Sephora) which I am dying to try, but which would be impractical because I don't actually have a bath. Their products are also environmentally friendly, paraben-free and animal cruelty-free; all the makings of a great product!

Product Price: SGD 20 w/o GST

The Verdict

+ Great smell and texture
+ A huge bonus for chocolate fanatics who want to feel like they're bathing in their favourite candy ;)
+ Comes in a nice squeezy bottle whose cap can be taken off to help you get at every single bit of product
+ Environmentally friendly, paraben-free and animal cruelty-free

- The slightly steep price may put off some with lower budgets, especially the body lotion
- Scent doesn't last very long for the body wash

I give the ME! Bath Choco-holic Body Wash 4.5/5 for being awesome in almost every way! The only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5 is the slightly steep price (for students like me) and the fast-fading scent. You can remedy this by getting the Body Icing as well and sealing in the scent, of course. I'm also wondering whether it would be possible to layer scents by using different flavours of body wash and body icing... Mmm it does sound like something to try!
